Job Description:
- Accountable for all content marketing requirements, primarily focused on social media content creation, website copy and blog articles.
- This role requires a brand publisher mindset: the create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion
- Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter
- This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
- Build and manage multiple brand social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat & TikTok and any additional channels that maybe added
- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks
- Community management to drive consistent engagement
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI
Requirements
- BA/BS, work experience of 3-4 years
- Previous agency experience in copywriting
- Experience in creating content for the web and growing a social audience
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
- Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
- Experience any social media tools and/ or the top social channels insights
- Project management skills and understanding how to manage multiple brands together
