Job Description:

  • Accountable for all content marketing requirements, primarily focused on social media content creation, website copy and blog articles.
  • This role requires a brand publisher mindset: the create the content our audience is looking for and then to optimize the path to conversion
  • Channel management of digital content hubs and all supporting social channels including email / newsletter
  • This person must understand the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
  • Build and manage multiple brand social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Snapchat & TikTok and any additional channels that maybe added
  • Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks 
  • Community management to drive consistent engagement 
  • Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI



  • BA/BS, work experience of 3-4 years
  • Previous agency experience in copywriting 
  • Experience in creating content for the web and growing a social audience
  • Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what audiences consume and how to create it
  • Ability to analyze and present content and social performance
  • Experience any social media tools and/ or the top social channels insights 
  • Project management skills and understanding how to manage multiple brands together
