Effect Doctors London
Smarter Creative, Stronger Customer Acquisition

Effect Doctors London (EDL) provides IV drips, weight management, aesthetics and wellness services in Saudi Arabia. As regional uncertainty put pressure on media investment, Home of Performance introduced an Andromeda creative strategy that combined AI-assisted production with measurement through to bookings and new clients.

What Our Partners Have to Say About Us

“When market conditions changed, we needed our media investment to work harder. Home of Performance helped us rethink our creative approach and connect campaign performance to new clients. The result was more efficient customer acquisition and a clearer basis for deciding what to test next.”

The Effect Doctors Team

Effect Doctors London had an established Meta advertising programme, but regional uncertainty changed its priorities. Media investment fell by 36%, budgets shifted between Saudi cities, and conventional creative cycles limited the range of messages available to test. Lead volume and platform costs alone could no longer show whether campaigns were delivering new clients efficiently. The key objectives were to:

  • Protect New-Client Acquisition: Retain as much new-client volume as possible with a reduced media budget.
  • Improve Acquisition Efficiency: Bring down the cost of acquiring a new client while investment was under pressure.
  • Expand Relevant Creative: Develop more variations around specific services, customer needs and reasons to enquire.
  • Strengthen Local Relevance: Identify the creative formats and languages that worked best for audiences in Saudi Arabia.
  • Connect Marketing to Business Outcomes: Evaluate performance through bookings and CRM-confirmed new clients.

We built a structured Andromeda creative programme that combined faster production with deeper performance measurement. Each asset had a clear service focus and role in the customer journey. The key initiatives included:

  • AI-Assisted Creative Production: We expanded beyond a limited set of templates to develop distinct creative angles for services such as IV drips, Glutathione and NAD+. Variations addressed specific customer concerns, explained services and used clinical reassurance or customer proof to support enquiry decisions.
  • Structured Creative Analysis: We classified 193 unique ad names by concept, service, format, language and audience. This helped identify which combinations deserved further testing and informed the next production cycle.
  • Measurement Through to New Clients: We brought together Meta campaign and ad data, daily lead reports and CRM records. This connected media performance with bookings and customer acquisition cost, giving the team a fuller basis for evaluating results.
  • Weekly Testing and Optimisation: We established rules for scaling, validating, reworking or pausing creative, with CRM outcomes able to override favourable platform metrics. Findings shaped the next creative priorities, including Arabic messaging, static formats and stronger IV, Glutathione and NAD+ concepts.

During the Andromeda period, EDL retained most of its new-client volume despite a substantial reduction in media investment. Lead and booking volumes declined, but a higher proportion of bookings became new clients, bringing acquisition costs down. Across two observed 13-day periods between 12 May and 6 June 2026, the key results were:

  • 90% of New-Client Volume Retained: New-client acquisition declined by just 10% while media spend fell by 36%, showing greater resilience at the final stage of the funnel.
  • 29% Lower Customer Acquisition Cost: The cost of acquiring a new client fell, improving efficiency during a period of reduced investment.
  • 15 Percentage-Point Improvement in Booking Conversion: The proportion of bookings converting into new clients increased from 43% to 58%.
  • Clearer Creative Decisions: The analysis identified promising combinations of service, message, format and language. EDL gained a repeatable weekly process for deciding what to test next and where to focus future investment.
