The Elite Cars serves luxury automotive buyers in Dubai. Home of Performance developed a paid media programme designed to grow enquiries while keeping prospect quality central to decision-making. Between January and July 2026, the strategy combined bilingual campaigns, vehicle-led creative and sales feedback to build a more efficient route from digital interest to qualified demand.
What Our Partners Have to Say About Us
“For us, the value of a campaign depends on the conversations it creates for our sales team. Home of Performance brought that priority into the way our campaigns were structured and assessed. We gained more qualified opportunities, greater cost efficiency and a clearer process for responding when lead quality changed.”
The Elite Cars Team
Luxury vehicles attract attention from audiences with very different purchase intentions. The Elite Cars needed to grow beyond its January lead baseline while giving the sales team prospects with a credible interest in buying. As the campaign expanded, changes in lead quality required active intervention. The key objectives were to:
Increase Enquiry Volume: Build a sustained pipeline above the initial monthly baseline and the target of more than 200 leads per month.
Improve Cost Efficiency: Reduce the cost of generating both enquiries and marketing-qualified leads.
Protect Prospect Quality: Assess success using sales-team qualification alongside platform lead counts.
Reflect Buyer Intent: Tailor messages to language, vehicle preferences and readiness to purchase.
We built a programme in which targeting, creative and qualification worked together. Campaign decisions drew on what happened after the enquiry, giving the team a practical way to balance scale with quality. The key initiatives included:
Bilingual Audience and Campaign Structure: Separate English and Arabic campaigns allowed more relevant messaging and clearer control. Audience planning focused on Dubai buyers, premium districts and relevant interests, while exclusions reduced repeated acquisition activity among existing customers and previous converters.
Creative for Different Purchase Motivations: Vehicle and offer-led messages addressed immediate considerations, while cinematic brand creative supported luxury positioning. Formats were adapted for Meta, TikTok and Snapchat, with different concepts serving distinct stages of the buying journey.
Search and Broader Demand Capture: High-intent brand and model searches connected active buyers with relevant vehicles. Performance Max extended coverage across Google, supporting the wider paid media programme and its enquiry-generation goals.
Qualification and Sales Feedback: Lead forms asked about budget, model interest and purchase timing. Sales feedback informed optimisation. When quality weakened mid-campaign, the team tightened qualification and adjusted weaker sources, using qualified outcomes to guide subsequent investment.
Across January–July 2026, the programme delivered a larger enquiry pipeline at lower unit costs. Quality varied during the campaign, then recovered strongly in July following adjustments to qualification and targeting. The key results were:
3,033 Leads Across Seven Months: Average monthly volume reached 433 leads, exceeding the programme’s target of more than 200 per month.
1,020 Marketing-Qualified Leads: Sales-team qualification gave the campaign a downstream measure of prospect value beyond total enquiries.
59% Lower Blended Cost per Lead: The campaign-wide average cost per enquiry was 59% below the January starting point.
50% Lower Blended Cost per Qualified Lead: The average cost of generating a marketing-qualified lead was halved relative to January.
Stronger Qualification in July: July produced 203 marketing-qualified leads, compared with 60 in January. Its qualification rate reached 43.1%, versus 40.8% at the start, after a mid-campaign decline. Totals cover January–July 2026. Cost improvements compare the full-period blended averages with January. Qualification rates are monthly figures, not campaign-wide averages.
