The Role

 

We are looking for a sharp, experienced Saudi National Copywriter to join our Dubai HQ.

We need someone who understands that there is a massive difference between stiff, standard corporate Arabic and the culturally nuanced, highly engaging dialect that actually makes the KSA market click. You will be the voice of our top-tier clients in Saudi Arabia, writing everything from scroll-stopping performance ads to high-converting landing pages.

What You Will Do

 

  • Campaign & Paid Media Copy: Craft punchy, high-converting ad copy for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads tailored exclusively for the Saudi market.
  • Website & Landing Pages: Write clear, persuasive UX/UI copy and landing pages that turn KSA traffic into qualified leads and sales.
  • Content & Social: Develop engaging long-form content, blogs, articles, and organic social media narratives that build brand authority in the Kingdom.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work directly with our Account Managers and Performance Analysts (the “engine room”) to look at campaign data and pivot your copy based on what is actually converting.
  • Quality Control: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for all Arabic content targeted at KSA, ensuring tone, dialect, and cultural relevance are always 100% accurate.

 

What We Are Looking For

 

  • The KSA Native Tongue: You must have a flawless command of the Saudi dialect (Khaleeji), with a deep, intuitive understanding of KSA pop culture, trends, and consumer behavior.
  • Performance Mindset: You understand that a goodthat good copy isn’t just creative; it’s commercial. You know how to write for CTR (Click-Through Rate) and CVR (Conversion Rate).
  • Proven Track Record: 3+ years of agency or brand experience specifically writing for the Saudi market. (You will be asked to share a portfolio of live work).
  • Adaptability: You can switch seamlessly between a luxurious, high-end tone for a real estate client and a fast-paced, trendy tone for an e-commerce brand.
  • Dubai Based: You are currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately to join us in our HQ.
  • This role is designated for Saudi nationals in line with Saudization requirements.

The Mission of This Role

 

As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you are the technical and strategic lead for a high-value client portfolio. Your mission is to be the undisputed expert, responsible for the end-to-end management of all performance marketing campaigns. You will not just manage spend; you will architect scalable, multi-channel strategies that directly impact our clients’ most important KPIs—from app installs and user acquisition to e-commerce sales and lead generation.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Portfolio & Client Management: Own the strategy, execution, and performance of your own client portfolio, serving as the senior technical lead and strategic advisor.
  • Performance Strategy: Architect and execute sophisticated, full-funnel performance marketing strategies across all key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Campaign Management: Manage campaigns hands-on, including setup, daily optimization, budget pacing, and audience segmentation.
  • Technical Expertise: Serve as the internal expert on tracking, attribution, and data integrity. You will be responsible for pixel implementation, GTM/GA4 setups, conversion API, and app-based tracking (MMP).
  • Analysis & Reporting: Go beyond basic reporting. You will deliver deep, data-driven insights, performance analysis, and actionable recommendations to clients, clearly linking campaign performance to their business goals.
  • Client Leadership: Confidently lead client meetings, QBRs, and strategy presentations. You must be able to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate clear, strategic value.
  • Mentorship: Act as a senior figure in the team, mentoring junior specialists and sharing best practices in performance marketing.

 

What We Must Have (Qualifications)

 

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a mandatory background in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Based in Dubai and familiar with the regional market.
  • Proven Vertical Expertise: Demonstrable track record of managing large, complex accounts in at least two of the following verticals:
  • App Marketing (User Acquisition, MMPs like Adjust/AppsFlyer)
  • E-commerce (ROAS optimization, Shopping Ads, feed management)
  • Finance (Lead generation, compliance, CPL/CPA models)
  • Automotive (Lead generation, local inventory ads)
  • Deep Technical Knowledge: Expert-level, hands-on skills with:
  • Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube)
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Tag Manager (GTM)
  • A valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel for frequent client meetings within Dubai.
  • Flawless spoken and written English.

The Mission of This Role

 

As our Social Media Account Manager, you are the central hub for your client portfolio. Your mission is to be the trusted strategic partner for our clients and the driving force for our internal teams. You will own the entire social media lifecycle—from strategy and planning to flawless execution and reporting—ensuring we deliver exceptional results that retain and grow our most valued accounts.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Client & Portfolio Management: Serve as the primary, day-to-day point of contact for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will be expected to spend significant time building strong, lasting relationships through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and client workshops.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop, plan, and present comprehensive social media strategies and monthly/quarterly content calendars that are built on insights and directly align with client business objectives.
  • Content Production & Coordination:
  • Act as the lead project manager for all your accounts.
  • Write clear and inspiring briefs for our internal content, creative, and video teams.
  • Meticulously plan and coordinate all content shoots (photo and video), managing timelines, briefs, and external vendors.
  • Internal Collaboration: Be the voice of the client internally. You will coordinate seamlessly with our Paid Media, SEO, and Creative teams to ensure our social media efforts are integrated, on brand, and delivered to the highest standard.
  • Performance & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and deliver monthly performance reports. You must be able to translate raw data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients, clearly proving the ROI of our work.
  • Growth & Retention: As the owner of the client relationship, you will be key to our retention strategy. You will be expected to proactively identify opportunities for client growth, upsells, and cross-sells.

 

What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)

 

  • 3-5+ years of experience as a Social Media Account Manager, specifically within a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Based in Dubai with a deep understanding of the local and regional market.
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of multiple clients simultaneously, with demonstrable success in client retention.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with all major social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, etc.) and their analytics.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Sprinklr).
  • A valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel for frequent client meetings within Dubai.
  • Flawless spoken and written English.
  • Bonus: Fluency in Arabic is a significant plus.
