When Nando’s approached us, their primary goal was to raise awareness about the Dalma Mall restaurant among customers in the mall’s proximity and encourage foot traffic.
The objectives were to:
- increase visibility for Nando’s Dalma Mall across various platforms
- drive customers in the immediate area to visit the restaurant
- create a seamless customer journey across multiple channels, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Display, and YouTube

- Streamlined the customer journey by ensuring that users were served relevant Nando’s ads on whichever platform they were active, increasing the likelihood of converting impressions into restaurant visits.
THE RESULTS
The campaign for Nando’s Dalma Mall delivered remarkable outcomes, driving substantial brand awareness and engagement despite a limited budget. Our strategic approach and targeted optimization proved highly effective in achieving the campaign’s goals.
