About the Role
We’re a fast-paced digital marketing agency looking for a multi-skilled Mid-Weight Creative Designer to join our team. You’ll be producing bold, effective creative for a variety of clients—across social media, digital ads, and short-form video. Your graphic design portfolio should show good execution of typography and spatial alignment, as well as a strong grasp of current visual trends.
The ideal candidate is hands-on with video editing and simple animation, and knows how to use AI image generation tools (like Midjourney or ChatGPT) to accelerate ideation and execution. You’re comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where quick turnarounds and high standards go hand-in-hand.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design creative assets for paid social campaigns, organic content, email, landing pages, and more
- Edit short-form video content for platforms like Meta, TikTok and YouTube
- Use AI tools to generate visuals, support concepting, and experiment with style and tone
- Balance creativity with performance—designing with platform best practices and KPIs in mind
- Ensure visual consistency across campaigns and client accounts
About You
- 3–5 years of experience in a design role, preferably in an agency or digital-first environment
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern graphic design with attention to type, layout, and alignment
- Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Confident video editor—able to cut, animate, and polish short-form content with platform trends in mind
- Experience using AI image tools like Midjourney, Chat GPT or similar for ideation and production
- Able to work on multiple brands with different tones and aesthetics
- Comfortable receiving feedback and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environmen
