The Mission of This Role
As our Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you are the technical and strategic lead for a high-value client portfolio. Your mission is to be the undisputed expert, responsible for the end-to-end management of all performance marketing campaigns. You will not just manage spend; you will architect scalable, multi-channel strategies that directly impact our clients’ most important KPIs—from app installs and user acquisition to e-commerce sales and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Portfolio & Client Management: Own the strategy, execution, and performance of your own client portfolio, serving as the senior technical lead and strategic advisor.
- Performance Strategy: Architect and execute sophisticated, full-funnel performance marketing strategies across all key platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Campaign Management: Manage campaigns hands-on, including setup, daily optimization, budget pacing, and audience segmentation.
- Technical Expertise: Serve as the internal expert on tracking, attribution, and data integrity. You will be responsible for pixel implementation, GTM/GA4 setups, conversion API, and app-based tracking (MMP).
- Analysis & Reporting: Go beyond basic reporting. You will deliver deep, data-driven insights, performance analysis, and actionable recommendations to clients, clearly linking campaign performance to their business goals.
- Client Leadership: Confidently lead client meetings, QBRs, and strategy presentations. You must be able to simplify complex technical concepts and communicate clear, strategic value.
- Mentorship: Act as a senior figure in the team, mentoring junior specialists and sharing best practices in performance marketing.
What We Must Have (Qualifications)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a mandatory background in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Based in Dubai and familiar with the regional market.
- Proven Vertical Expertise: Demonstrable track record of managing large, complex accounts in at least two of the following verticals:
- App Marketing (User Acquisition, MMPs like Adjust/AppsFlyer)
- E-commerce (ROAS optimization, Shopping Ads, feed management)
- Finance (Lead generation, compliance, CPL/CPA models)
- Automotive (Lead generation, local inventory ads)
- Deep Technical Knowledge: Expert-level, hands-on skills with:
- Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display, YouTube)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- TikTok Ads
- Google Analytics (GA4) & Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- A valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel for frequent client meetings within Dubai.
- Flawless spoken and written English.
