Tavola - PPC Campaign

A well established multi-brand store, Tavola is the exclusive retailer in the Middle East for a wide range of popular, high-quality cookware, bakeware and tableware brands. 

When Tavola reached out to Home of Performance, they were struggling with acquiring new leads online and successfully converting visitors to paying customers. We focused on improving Tavola’s visibility to in-market target audiences and increased the number of conversions to at least 300 within a period of 05 months. 

Mobile application was not up in the stores which makes it difficult for the audience to interact.

Challenges

With over 30 physical stores, Tavola is a well established multi-brand store. However, they needed to see an improvement in ROI and demonstrate consistent revenue growth and achieve 300 conversions from online leads during a 05 month period.

Our Solution

We started with:

  • Creating Google ad groups and ads for each product for better targeting and relevancy
  • Increasing the likelihood of a purchase with the individual product pages as landing pages
  • Listing Ads to advertise down to the product level
  • Creating retargeting campaigns to capture conversions from those who had visited the online store before, but did not purchase
  • Developing category based shopping campaigns with a shared budget to improve ad delivery for intent-based users and active shoppers.

Impact

During January 2021 – May 2021, we overachieved our campaign goals with:

  • Consistently maintaining the Click-through rate (CTR) during this period at 17.74%, which exceeds Tavola’s target of above 1.91%
  • Maintaining overall Cost Per Click of the campaign at AED 0.6
  • March & April month was the best performing months
  • Achieving a Return on Ad Spend of 7.96 during the target period when the ROAS target was 5.
