THE CHALLENGE

Effect Doctors London faced the dual challenge of increasing brand awareness and educating consumers about the category of wellness services in Riyadh. While cosmetic services like fillers and Botox were already well-known, there was limited understanding of medical wellness services such as IV drips and weight loss programs.

Home of Performance’s mission was to elevate category awareness and establish Effect Doctors London as a market leader. They needed to achieve two key goals:

  • Build category recognition in a market unfamiliar with these services.
  • Drive customer acquisition and exponentially grow new revenue streams.

THE SOLUTION

Home of Performance (HOP) crafted a full-funnel strategy to address both brand and category awareness. 

The campaign included:

  • Leveraging high-reach Google platforms such as YouTube and Performance Max (P-Max) to educate and capture broad interest in wellness services.
  • Using exact and long-tail keywords to capture intent-driven searches at the bottom of the funnel, focusing on potential customers actively seeking wellness treatments.
  • HOP focused on growing search volume related to the specific category of wellness services, as they believed increasing category-specific searches would drive long-term growth for Effect Doctors London.

The campaign started gradually in November 2023 and scaled up significantly by Q1 2024.

THE RESULTS

The campaign was a success, surpassing both category growth and business KPIs.

The key outcomes were:

  • Search volume related to wellness services increased by 202% from January 2023 to July 2024.
  • Average search volume grew by 38% in 2024 compared to 2023.
  • Leads grew by 217%, from 491 per month to 1,554 per month between January and June 2024.
  • New customer acquisitions rose by an impressive 377%, from 26 per month to 124 per month during the same period.
