THE CHALLENGE

When Meydan Free Zone approached us, they were struggling with low-quality leads and aiming for international expansion while maintaining conversion rates.

 

The objectives were to –

  • establish itself as the top choice for regional and global investors and entrepreneurs
  • increase revenue by selling more business licenses
  • increase no. of monthly opportunities from 4000 to 6000 in 6 months
  • maintain the CPL (MQL) at AED 69 similar to the previous period
  • scale budgets while maintaining a steady conversion rate (MQL – Closed sales) at 2.5% 
  • reduce the Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) by 25% as compared to the previous period

THE SOLUTION

The strategy centered on increasing daily leads and opportunities through Google Ads & Meta localized campaigns, A/B testing on landing pages, tailored ad content, and continuous performance enhancements.

 

We implemented the following measures –

  • Conducted thorough audience research and segmentation, utilizing insights from Team Meydan and market research to segment the target audience based on factors like industry, job roles, demographics, and more. 
  • Crafted detailed buyer personas to guide ad campaign messaging and targeting.
  • Created high-quality, audience-tailored content and SQL-optimized landing pages.
  • Tailored content to local languages for geo-targeted campaigns in English, Arabic, Turkish, and Russian.
  • Implemented A/B testing to refine ad creatives, landing page elements, and call-to-action buttons. 

THE IMPACT

We achieved astounding results, directly impacting revenue, surpassing competitors, and exceeding both our goals and client expectations. This also led to this project being an award-winning campaign. 

 

Here is an overview –

  • Exceeded the MoM Opportunities (SQL) target by 3959 more SQLs, a 13.6% increase.
  • Reduced the Cost per MQL to AED 29 from AED 69, a decrease of 58%
  • Boosted the MQL to Closed Sales Conversion rate from 2.5% to 4% 
  • Reduced the CAC to AED 741 from AED 2723, a reduction of 73% (Target: Reduce by 25%)
  • Increased no. of Closed Sales by 854% as compared to the previous period, showcasing high lead quality.
