THE CHALLENGE

When Meydan Free Zone approached us, they were facing many challenges including unindexed blog content, an underutilized content strategy, intense competition, broad audience targeting, inadequate SEO planning, content relevance issues, and a lack of data-driven decision-making, we achieved remarkable results.

 

The objectives were to –

  • establish Meydan Free Zone as the leading business setup choice for global investors & entrepreneurs
  • gain aggressive market visibility organically
  • achieve 80% YoY organic search traffic growth
  • rank 25 target keywords in the Top 3 positions YoY
  • rank 200 target keywords on the first page YoY
  • achieve 500% YoY growth in organic clicks
  • achieve 500% YoY growth in organic impressions
  • achieve 400 leads YoY growth in leads captured through blogs
  • garner 30-40 leads in 3 months through the Activity Hub (Part of Programmatic SEO Initiative)

THE SOLUTION

We analyzed the global business licensing landscape and assessed our target audience’s needs through keyword analysis, competitor evaluation, and demographic profiling.

 

We implemented the following measures –

  • Integrated targeted keywords into meta elements for enhanced search visibility and click-through rates, while optimizing URLs for readability and SEO benefits.
  • Introduced internal linking to distribute SEO equity among key pages.
  • Crafted authoritative blog posts on business license procedures, using infographics for visual appeal, and optimized content structure for Google Passage rankings.
  • Implemented the Hub and Spoke Content Model for organic growth, with a central page (‘hub’) and supporting ‘spoke’ pages, enhancing structure, user experience, and visibility. The ‘hub’ provided resources, while ‘spoke’ pages targeted keywords to drive organic traffic and engagement.
  • Implemented solutions for indexation issues, addressing content visibility by resolving identified problems and applying XML sitemaps, robots.txt optimizations, and canonical tags. 
  • Enhanced content visibility in search results by enabling rich snippets through structured data markup.

THE IMPACT

We were able to successfully contribute to increasing the overall profitability of the business by over-achieving set KPIs and bringing down cost metrics. This also led to this project being an award-winning campaign.

  • Achieved 656.29% YoY organic search traffic growth (target was 80% YoY growth)
  • Ranked 79 target keywords in the Top 3 positions YoY (target was 25 keywords)
  • Ranked 425 target keywords on the first page YoY (target was 200 keywords)
  • Achieved 1213.63% YoY growth in organic clicks (target was 500% YoY growth)
