THE CHALLENGE

When Nando’s approached us, their primary goal was to raise awareness about the Dalma Mall restaurant among customers in the mall’s proximity and encourage foot traffic.

The objectives were to:

  • increase visibility for Nando’s Dalma Mall across various platforms
  • drive customers in the immediate area to visit the restaurant
  • create a seamless customer journey across multiple channels, including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Display, and YouTube
  • ensure consistent brand messaging and engagement across these platforms

THE SOLUTION

To achieve Nando’s objectives, we implemented a cross-platform strategy designed to drive foot traffic and enhance brand visibility in the mall’s vicinity.

We executed the following steps:

  • Developed highly localized ads that targeted users based on their proximity to Dalma Mall, ensuring that potential customers in the immediate area were engaged with relevant content.
  • Launched ads across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Display, and YouTube to maximize reach, ensuring consistent brand presence across multiple platforms.
  • Crafted targeted messaging and personalized creative content tailored to each platform, ensuring a seamless user experience and engagement regardless of where users encountered the ads.
  • Streamlined the customer journey by ensuring that users were served relevant Nando’s ads on whichever platform they were active, increasing the likelihood of converting impressions into restaurant visits.

THE RESULTS

The campaign for Nando’s Dalma Mall delivered remarkable outcomes, driving substantial brand awareness and engagement despite a limited budget. Our strategic approach and targeted optimization proved highly effective in achieving the campaign’s goals.

Key outcomes include:

  • Generated over 7.4 million impressions, significantly raising awareness of Nando’s Dalma Mall.
  • Achieved more than 281,000 video views, showcasing strong engagement with the ad content.
  • Secured over 50,000 clicks at an overall click-through rate (CTR) of 0.68%, highlighting the effectiveness of the campaign’s planning and execution in driving traffic to the restaurant.
