Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Creative Intern at Home of Performance in Colombo. The Creative Intern will be involved in day-to-day tasks related to creativity, motion design, and video production. You will work on various projects to support the agency’s marketing initiatives.

We are seeking a creative and motivated intern to join our Creative team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your design and video production career while gaining hands-on experience in creating engaging visual content. You will work closely with our team to develop content that effectively communicates messages through animation and design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in creating high-quality motion graphics for various projects.
• Ensure content is aligned with project objectives and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Quality-check work under supervision before sharing internally.
• Follow internal processes for file management and documentation.
• Be responsive and available during work hours on communication platforms.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is a must.
• A strong passion for design and motion graphics.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.).
• Some experience with motion graphics or video editing through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity.
• Understanding of colour, typography, and video optimization is a plus.
• Positive attitude, critical thinking, and willingness to learn from feedback.
