Job Title: Digital Account Manager | Paid Media 

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Account Manager to join our Paid Media team at Home of Performance Digital Agency. As a Digital Account Manager you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing client relationships while overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique business goals and translate them into effective digital strategies that deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusting relationships.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.

Campaign Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each client’s goals.
  • Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Performance Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Media Planning & Budget Management

  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve client objectives.
  • Provide financial oversight and reporting to clients as needed.

Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Paid Media Specialists and Creative teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Communicate client objectives and expectations effectively within the agency.

Reporting and Communication

  • Deliver regular performance reports and updates to clients, highlighting key metrics, achievements, and recommended actions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and campaign management.
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive actionable insights from campaign data.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads and more
