A Dubai-based cleaning and disinfection company, The Healthy Home (THH) specialises in providing premium cleaning and sanitizing solutions to both private and public spaces. When The Healthy Home reached out to Home of Performance, they weren’t having much luck with their Google Ads campaigns. 

Our efforts across all the areas we sought to improve resulted in significant success, and we not only managed to overachieve our revenue target but also exceeded the client’s expectations!


In the UAE, nearly all 2 million households regularly use air conditioning, creating a demand for AC and duct cleaning services that are both accessible and affordable. The Healthy Home (THH), one of the top cleaning and disinfection companies approached us since they had difficulty generating leads from their digital campaigns as their services were expensive.

Our Solution

We started with:

Using Google Search to target in-market audiences of High-Net-Worth Individuals for customer acquisition.

Using Google display network to retarget people who had seen and interacted with our ads or visited the landing page

Focusing on creative and action-prompting ads to position the brand as a market leader

Strategically implementing keywords to ensure that we did not advertise to people interested in low-ticket services

Adding a geo-fencing filter to our ads to affluent areas in the UAE only


Exceeding Campaign Objectives:

  • Over the course of 04 months, we achieved over 750 leads, which is double the number of leads generated over the last 10 months.
  • Our conversion rate increased from 6% to 10% in the last 04 months.
  • CPC has come down from 10 to 8.
  • The Conversion Rate has increased to 9.6% in the last 4 months as opposed to the 6.5% seen during the 10 months prior to the campaign.
  • The Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) target was 1.7 but a ROAS of 3.1 was achieved within the target period.
